This woman was a new resident. When I introduced myself to her she only acknowledged me with her eyes. She gazed at me throughout my entire performance. The last song was “Do Rei Me” from The Sound of Music. During the song she began to smile and sing with me. I asked her if she would like to sing a duet of Happy Birthday. It turns out she has a lovely soprano voice and if you listen closely at the end of the song you can hear a wonderful soprano voice harmonizing with me. A big smile came across her face and she thanked me. Quite incredible!
